Ground Face Wellness Center

City College’s Wellness Center utilizes clever vertical stacking to allow for 156,000 square feet of program space into a very small footprint. The building’s LEED®-equivalent design includes Ground Face CMUs incorporated with floor to ceiling windows. The new Community Wellness Center houses physical education, martial arts, dance, conditioning, team sports, and the college’s first aquatics center.
