Community Center Parking Lot

For its Sylvan Community Center project, the City of Citrus Heights mandated a permeable paver to provide a pavement section to handle vehicular traffic and convey storm water to the on-site bioswales. The City selected tan charcoal SF Rima permeable pavers, which supported the City's storm water needs and provided an attractive and distinctive solution. As part of this low impact develop project, 6,500 square feet of permeable pavers were installed in the community center parking lot.
